Returns

Customers can return ambient ingredients & spare parts & request a refund for items purchased online.

This is subject to the following points:-

General

  1. We are notified within 14 days of delivery by email info@cruzsmoothies.co.uk, you wish to return items
  2. Ambient ingredients must be in the original sealed packaging and in same condition as delivered
  3. Spare parts must be unused and in the same condition as delivered
  4. Inform us method of return e.g. Royal mail,  and receipt of items should be within 7 days from date of your email
  5. Return cost to Customer’s account

Full refund less 20% restocking charge

Inform us of your bank details so the refund can be made by BACS
