Minimum Oxidation & Maximum Extraction

The Kuvings CS600 will juice virtually any type of fruit or vegetable and is specifically designed for the busy cafe, restaurant, bar etc.,

Its helical screw ‘auger’ presses the fruit or vegetable to make a 12 fl oz serving in 30 seconds or less , depending on juice content and recipe.

This reduces oxidation and increases juice yield in comparison to the centrifugal juicers

Will juice virtually any fruit and vegetable – soft, hard, leafy

Extremely efficient extracting 25%+ more juice, leaving a drier waste

Superior taste, particularly on delicate flavours

Large 88mm feed opening – takes whole apples

Will make green juices

Reduced juice separation in the glass or bottle

Significantly reduced oxidation keeping nutrition content at higher level

3-day chilled shelf life on most juices

Will juice a 12 floz serving typically in 30 seconds – quicker than making a coffee

Makes 40 litres per hour using apples

Suitable for Cafe, bars, restaurants, delis, hotels, supermarkets etc.

Why these Kuvings cold press juicers are better than a centrifugal juicer

Centrifugal juicers work by grating fruit and veg against a fast rotating grating disc spinning at between 3,000 – 15,000rpm

The juice & ‘flesh’ are separated by the rotating centrifugal force. The juice is directed into a juice jug & the grated shreds ejected into a bin.

Pros:
Fast, making a glass serving in 15- 20 seconds

Cons:
The high speed grating disc (3,000 – 15,000 rpm) adds a lot of air into the juice reducing nutritional values and shelf life.
Juice separates and browns quickly due to high aeration.
Juice needs be consumed immediately & not suitable for takeaway
Juice should not be bottled due to reduced shelf-life
Impossible to juice broad leaf greens, broccoli , kale etc., & root ginger is a problem too
Commercial centrifugal juicers are generally more expensive

Kuvings cold press juicers work by slowly crushing the fruit and veg using a rotating auger at 60rpm.
Very similar to the traditional way of making apple juice.

The juice and waste are separated through a metal filter & the juice is caught in a juice jug & the waste in a bin.

Pros:
Efficient,  extracting 25%- 33% more juice than centrifugal juicers – saving on produce costs
Juices all types of fruit & veg including the more difficult ‘greens’ & root ginger
Superior taste
Makes a glass serving in 30 seconds
Low oxidation with auger rotating at 60rpm
Suitable for takeaway & bottling – typically 3-day chilled shelf life
Kuvings are cheaper to buy than most commercial centrifugal juicers

Cons:
Makes a juice slightly slower than a centrifugal but the pros far out-weigh the cons
